Yoga psychology provides for us a synthesis of both yoga and psychology and helps provide for us a clearer understanding of consciousness and human behaviour. Yogic concepts, principles and techniques play a strong role in understanding psychology in the world today as we reexamine what it means to be human and the relevance our lives place within these concepts of a deeper understanding.
