Thursdays are considered Guru day. This is a time for deep reflection. Students are encouraged to work on self-study in order to gain a better understanding of the lessons and apply them to their personal experiences. Classes conclude at lunch and students have the remaining day to practice meditation and study while also attending the nightly Ganga Aarti, scheduling their complimentary Ayurvedic massage, and go white water rafting.
