In the Prenatal Yoga instructor training programme, each day is structured to balance practical learning with time for real absorption. Your mornings begin with gentle prenatal asana practice, followed by pranayama and meditation sessions rooted in the safety principles of prenatal yoga.
From mid-morning through the afternoon, sessions cover prenatal anatomy, teaching methodology, yoga therapy for pregnancy, trimester-by-trimester sequencing, and postnatal recovery. Each day ends with a reflection or group teaching practice so you can apply what you have just learned before the next session begins.
