The daily schedule of the 200 Hour Yoga TTC at VYA Bali begins at 5:00 AM and runs through to the early evening. It is structured around morning asana practice, pranayama and meditation, theory sessions, teaching practice, evening self-study, and three wholesome sattvic meals throughout the day. Day by day, this simple yet powerful routine helps you develop discipline, confidence, and a genuine love for yoga.
Your mornings open with Ashtanga Vinyasa, which builds physical strength, breath awareness, and mental focus. Pranayama and meditation follow, shifting the quality of attention from the body to the breath and the mind. Afternoon sessions cover anatomy, philosophy, alignment, and teaching methodology. The day closes with Hatha Yoga and time to wind down.
Sunday is a free day. We organise excursion tours, which are part of the full programme and included in the course fees.
