The 200 Hour YTTC is the natural starting point for most students. It's built for beginner-to-intermediate practitioners and covers the full foundation of asana, pranayama, and teaching skills. Individuals with little to no experience often begin here before moving on to the 300 or 500 hour yoga training.

Your course fee covers accommodation at the ashram, three sattvic vegetarian meals a day (except Sundays), all scheduled classes, excursions, and workshops, and use of the shalas, meditation spaces, and common areas. Syllabus books and study material costs are also included in the course fees.
