By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all of the following:

1. I take full responsibility for my health and wellbeing during yoga classes, including any injuries, and will inform my teachers of any medical changes.
2. This programme is intensive. I must attend the full programme and complete all assigned projects. A minimum of 90% attendance is required to be eligible for certification.
3. Graduation and certification as a yoga teacher is subject to the approval of the Director of the Teacher Training Programme.
4. The deposited fee will not be refunded if I change my mind or leave the programme at any stage. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon arrival on day one.
5. Residential students must return to school premises by 10:00 PM. Prior written permission is required for any late return.
6. I will maintain respectful behaviour at all times towards fellow students, teachers, and staff, and will not engage in conduct that disturbs the learning environment or others.
7. Consumption, possession, or use of illegal substances, narcotics, or excessive alcohol during the course is strictly prohibited.
8. The school reserves the right to dismiss any student for misconduct, harassment, abusive behaviour, or repeated violations. All fees and deposits are forfeited with no refund.
9. In a medical emergency, the school may arrange assistance on my behalf. All associated costs remain my sole responsibility.
10. The school is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings on the premises.
